Heat oil over medium heat in a deep pan.
Add garlic and cook about a minute. Keep stirring so garlic doesn’t burn.
Place Bok Choy in the pan and cook until leaves wilt and stalks start getting tender. About 5-6 minutes, be sure to keep turning stalks to avoid burning.
Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients except sesame seeds in a small bowl and set aside.
Remove Bok Choy from pan and arrange in a serving dish.
Pour sauce mixture in pan and stir.
Increase heat to medium high and cook until sauce thickens a bit, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour sauce over Bok Choy, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
