Teddy Bear Picnic Party Ideas

It’s the end of February and many of you I’m sure are just waiting for winter to end so you can do some fun outdoor activities.  Well you don’t have to wait for the spring thaw to have some fun parties with the kiddies.  One of my favorite things are Teddy Bear Picnics and teas, and you can do them inside or out depending on the weather.  Take your teddy out for a picnic at the park, lake, beach, or even your own backyard weather permitting; or bring the outdoors in with plants and decorations.  Your picnic can be a simple affair with just you and your bear, a family get together, play date,  or even a birthday celebration.  So grab your favorite stuffed bear (ask friends to bring their’s too!), pack a picnic, and head outdoors for some fun games, yummy food, and have a great time with your best friends!

Whether your Teddy Bear picnic is tea for two, a family picnic, play date,  or a birthday celebration here are some ideas to help you out.  It really is a cute party or play date theme for toddler girls and boys!

For a toddler play date keep the food simple and easy to pack and eat.  Bear shaped finger sandwiches filled with jam or honey are perfect bear food.  Individual pouches of Teddy Grahams are a must for such picnics and homemade lemonade will be welcome after some fun and games.[spacer height=”20px” id=”2″]
