Instructions
Cream butter and sugars together using medium speed of an electric mixer
Beat in egg and vanilla
In a small mixing bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder
Mix into egg mixture – dough will form
Stir in milk and white chocolate chips
Pre-Heat oven to 300 degrees
Using 1 Oz. scoop or a 2 tbs. measure drop a ball of dough onto a silicone mat or parchment covered baking sheet about 3″ apart
Gently flatten each ball with the back of a spoon to make a 2″ circle
Bake for 25 minutes – do not over bake
Remove from oven and let cool on sheet for 5 minutes
Transfer to cooling racks and let cool completely
