Italian Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
Wash and dry peppers
Cut the tops off; remove the core and seeds and set aside
Mix beef, 1/2 of the tomatoes, salt & pepper together in a large bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Divide meat mixture into 6 portions.
Stuff each pepper with meat mixture and place in a baking dish
Pour remaining tomatoes over peppers
Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or until meat is fully cooked Serve hot
