Keto Friendly Almond Muffins

cup butter, softened
cup Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
cup Whole Milk
cup Bob’s Red Mill Super fine Almond Flour
Cup Bob’s Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour
tsp Baking Powder
Pre-heat oven 350 degrees
Line muffin tins with cupcake liners
Cream together butter and sweetener until smooth
Add in eggs one at a time
Add milk and vanilla and mix well
In a separate bowl combine flours, salt, and baking powder.
Stir dry ingredients into butter mixture.
Beat until creamy.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 18 muffins
