Keto Friendly Almond Muffins
  1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees
  2. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners
  3. Cream together butter and sweetener until smooth
  4. Add in eggs one at a time
  5. Beat well
  6. Add milk and vanilla and mix well
  7. In a separate bowl combine flours, salt, and baking powder.
  8. Stir dry ingredients into butter mixture.
  9. Beat until creamy.
  10. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Makes 18 muffins
