Gambas al Ajillo – Mexican Shrimp Scampi

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
  4. Add cilantro, stir until it’s well distributed.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Squeeze lime juice over shrimp and stir in.
  7. Serve immediately.
