  1. Thaw frozen bread dough on a clean and slightly oiled surface.
  2. Let dough rise at least 6 hours
  3. Cut risen dough into 12 strips with a sharp knife or pizza cutter. End strips will be a bit shorter, but that’s okay.
  4. Tie each strip into a “knot”. You can stretch out the shorter end strips so you can tie them into a knot. Knots don’t have to look perfect.
  5. Place each knot on to a parchment covered baking sheet.
  6. Melt butter and stir in garlic powder.
  7. Brush garlic butter on each dough knot.
  8. Sprinkle each knot with Parmesan Cheese
  9. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown. Serve fresh and warm with your favorite pasta dish!
