Stir Fried Baby Bok Choy
Bunches of Baby Bok Choy
cut in half vertically (from top leafy part to bottom of the stalks)
Tbs. Sesame Oil
Tsp. Garlic minced
Tbs. Soy Sauce
Tsp. fine sea salt
Heat oil in frying pan or Wok.
Place Bok Choy halves cut side down into oil.
Cook both sides until tender and leaves start to wilt.
Add Garlic, salt, and soy sauce.
Stir until all of the stalks are covered by the soy sauce.
Serve hot with your choice of meat, fish, or chicken or eat it by itself. It’s yummy!
