Hooray! Summer’s almost here! I’m pretty sure the kids already have their plans for this year’s summer vacation, and their teachers are looking forward to a well earned break.
Our kids’ teachers are probably the some of the most under-appreciated, underpaid, and overworked people in today’s workforce. Most of the teachers I know take on this challenging profession because teaching is their passion.
They must be passionate and patient, after all they just spent a school year dealing with our sometimes naughty little angels. I know I’d never be up for the challenge! That’s why many of us appreciate everything that they’ve done for our kids this year.
That’s why before the school bell rings on the last day of school we’re all scrambling to find just the right thank you gift for our kids’ teachers. Something to show them that we appreciate their hard work! Here are 17 DIY teacher gifts that I think are not only cute, I think most teachers will actually like them and use them.
